Anuptaphobia: Fear of staying single.
Not a debilitating fear, but it's there... in the background. I'm fairly certain that I do not suffer alone, though, so that's comforting.

I have a friend who was divorced 6 years ago. Her husband was gay. (both BYU grads) She has four kids. She re-married a couple of years ago to a man who has four kids! She feels even though she loves this man, she would have been better off going it alone! She has buyers remorse.....
There are worse things than being single.
I know. And the fear of making the wrong choice is keeping me single for now.
